Please note that custom-made charm orders are non-cancellable once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing any custom design orders.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
