HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Placing an order is easy! Simply choose your favorite charm or charm set on the product page, select any options like color or size, then click the “Add To Cart” button. Follow the steps to complete your purchase, and we’ll get started on preparing your handmade charm!
Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you when it’s on the way.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Our handmade charm products typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. Since each charm is crafted with care, we ask for your patience as we prepare your order. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to update in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, there are delays in shipment updates. If your tracking number doesn’t work after a couple of days, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to assist you in tracking down your package and resolving any issues.
