Conditions for Refunds or Reprints

We offer refunds or free reprints in the following cases:

  • Flawed product: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Design error: If the design of the item differs from what was displayed on our site.
  • Incorrect order: If the product’s type, size, or other details do not match your original order.

If your item meets any of these conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive it.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email the following information to [email protected]:

  • Order/Invoice ID
  • A picture of the wrong or damaged item (if applicable)

Our team will evaluate your request, and if approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. After approval, refunds are typically received within 2-3 business days.


Returns

For wrong or defective items, there is no need to return the product. We will issue a refund after evaluating your request.


Please Note:
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not being home to receive delivery, failing to pick up the package as requested).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., delays due to customs, natural disasters, or if the tracking system shows “delivered” but the package was lost after delivery).
  • The item matches the description provided on our site.

Order Cancellations

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. Please note, a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied for cancellations. After this period, the item will go into production, and we will not be able to support cancellations.


Refund Timelines

  • PayPal Account: Refunds typically take 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Account: Refunds may take 10-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size unless the wrong size was sent due to our error. For issues like printing problems or defects, we will resolve the issue for you. Please contact us before returning any items, as returns without authorization will not be accepted.

  • In-stock exchanges: 1-3 business days
  • Out-of-stock exchanges: 5-7 business days

Compensation

If compensation is offered in the form of points or coupons, they will be issued within 1-2 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
