We process orders during business days: Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding major holidays recognized by the Post Office, such as:

About Late Deliveries

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen events. Lamatagi Store is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Missing apartment, building, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means your package has not been scanned yet. Once processed, tracking updates will be visible.


Why Did I Receive Only One Item?

If you ordered multiple charms or products, they may ship from different locations to ensure faster delivery. This means you may receive your items in separate packages. Rest assured, all items are on their way!


No Order Confirmation Email?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, fulfillment notice, or shipping email, please check your email for typos. If you entered the wrong email, reach out to us, and we will correct it for you.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.


Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO addresses are handled via DHL Global Mail, and final delivery is made through USPS (military mail system). Please note that delivery to APOs may take up to 45 additional days and tracking updates may stop once your package enters the military mail system due to security protocols.
